http://gapingvoid.com/This cartoon should inevitably lead to a discussion of religious fundamentalism and intolerance, and how they are so depressing and make one want to give up on the human race. To think that adult human beings who went to school in the same world I did would latch onto such nonsense as 'the Bible code,' 'the young earth,' and how god hates gay people but not a word about everything else that god hates that the fools like, so they ignore all those parts. And all the rules they don't like or find convenient, so ignore them.
See? It disturbs me so much that I can't even write about it coherently.
Somewhere on line I found a hilarious takeoff on the ten commandments if they had been texted by god. Have to go find it. Here it is!
In the meantime, enjoy Hugh's irreverence and scurrilousness. It's THAT well done.
